Kevin is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with over 18 years experience in accountancy. In addition to dealing with routine accountancy matters he deals with Corporate Finance and general business advice. Corporate finance covers such areas as preparing business plans, assisting with negotiating bank overdrafts or other finance, for example, factoring and invoice discounting. Also it covers sale or purchase of a business, management buy outs, mergers and acquisitions.

Outside work:

Kevin is an avid motor sport enthusiast and part time golfer (very). He enjoys most sports, particularly cycling and badminton.

Andy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. His particular areas of expertise are taxation and IT. In addition to looking after all our own software and hardware Andy regularly assists clients with problems on their own accounting software. Andy deals with the firms personal and corporate tax matters including tax planning. Tax planning covers tax efficient remuneration, Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax and dealing with the taxation side of the corporate finance work.

Outside work:

Andy is an enthusiastic golfer, just not a good one (yet!), and enjoys most sports and working out in the gym

Paul is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over l8 years experience in accounting. He deals with our specialist accounting areas including charities, solicitors and housing associations. He runs our payroll bureau and like all our partners he deals with audit and accounts and general business and personal tax.

Outside work:

Paul enjoys football, going to the theatre and watching films.
